Our Utility Buildings offer easy onsite assembly, standard roll up doors, and a wide variety of color options. The exterior of the buildings have a 10′w x 20′l overall footprint. Utilizing 16 ga piers and headers, 26 gauge wall panels and 26 gauge PBR roof panels these mobile steel containers boast a 70# ground snow load and whopping 50# roof load and 110 mph wind rating. Weighing 2300 lbs. total the fork pockets are located in the front of the container for easy pick up and relocation. 8’8″ x 8′ doors are available on the tall side and 8’8″ x 6’8″ on short side. Each unit has a 1:12 roof pitch so that rain and snow runoff drains to back/lowside. With an EZ step entrance into the steel container the door system provides a very water resistant rain lip. 16 gauge Cee’s make up the sidewall structure and 12 gauge Zee’s make up the roof purlins. Super heavy 18 gauge floor plate over 22 guage N type decking provides a 125PSF floor load. Electrical outlets, switches and lighting can easily be added after erection.
