Why should I buy a steel building vs. wood or other type of construction?
Steel buildings typically cost less to buy and erect per square foot than other types of construction. Due to quick erection times, usually less expensive to insure and do not have termite issues.

Is there a warranty with a Safeway Steel Building?
All Safeway buildings come with a limited 50 year warranty- the best in the business.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes, we deliver to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Europe, South America and Asia.

What kind of customer service do you offer?

Will your building meet my local code requirements?
Yes, Safeway Steel Buildings are engineered to withstand the harshest of elements and the most stringent building codes. Your building will be engineered to meet or exceed all domestic building codes, even the Florida Building Code, Los Angeles County, Clarke County, Nevada and have even achieved Canadian welding certifications.

Is there any wood in a Safeway Building?
No, we use 100% US made steel, with heavy duty I-Beam construction, high tensile sheeting and upgraded stainless steel fasteners.

Do you offer different types of insulation?
Yes, Safeway’s vast buying power enables us to offer the highest quality metal building insulation at spectacular savings. Ranging form 2” vapor barriers to R-38 simple saver systems for the most temperature sensitive climates.

Do I need a foundation for my building?
In most instances yes, although some applications allow a footing system only.

Will I need a permit for a steel building?
All local municipalities are different in most cases you will be required to get a permit.  In some agricultural applications, permits are not required.

Can I get a second floor in my building?
Yes, Safeway manufactures all steel mezzanines for our steel buildings.

Are there different roof and wall panel options?
Yes, Safeway offers colored or non -colored upgraded PBR panels as well as Standing Seam and Architectural Roof systems. 15 different wall panel colors available in PBR panels as well as multitude of concealed fastener panels, stucco embossed panels and many different faux finishes are available.

Does all the hardware com with your buildings?
All hardware to assemble your building comes with the building with the exception of anchor bolts.
